The strongest will chose the numerous competitions which are organised in Médoc throughout the year. Marathons, half-marathons, triathlons ! In Margaux you will even find a race which is only for women !

What better place than Médoc to enjoy all types of sailing ? Whereas seasoned navigators will head towards the Ocean or the Estuary starting from Port-Médoc, the young buccaneers will train on Hourtin-Carcans and Lacanau Lakes. Thrill seekers will taste the pleasures of kitesurfing, water-skiing or jet-skiing. Families wanting to share a pleasant time on the river will go down the canals and channels by canoe, kayak or stand-up paddle.
